ShopYego ships via USPS and UPS. Standard shipping charges will apply to all orders. Shipments are sent out daily from Monday through Friday. Estimated shipping time is 4-7 business days. All orders received after 12 PM(PST) will be processed the following business day.
We want you to be happy with each item you receive from us. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, ShopYego accepts returns of unworn, unwashed and undamaged merchandise with all tags attached, purchase online on shopyego.com. Full refund will be provided within 14 days of delivery date. The latter applies for all deliveries within the greater continental US.
Please contact email@example.com and will process a return label on your behalf. Once our warehouse processes the return, we will refund you excluding the shipping cost for the original order.
This policy does not apply for international orders. We appreciate your business.
